Over 10 years of experience in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of secure, multi-tier web and client/server applications using C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.

Involved in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and following Agile methodology.

Wrote three books: Exchange Server 2010, Windows Server 2008 R2, Exchange Server 2013. Published over 350 technical blog posts.

Experienced in installation, management, and troubleshooting IIS, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Lync, Hyper-V, and SCCM. Troubleshot messaging system and servers. Helped customers with Outlook, OWA, POP3/IMAP, ActiveSync problems.
